The room with airconditioning...

Booked a guest room with a double bed. It was an absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location for us, really close to the ports, public transport and the metro and train station. The food we tried was gorgeous and they have variety of meals to choose from

The rooms come with air conditioning, which is a nice touch. Plus, you can't beat the location—it’s right next to the metro station, the central train station, and the ferry ports. 🚉.

Air conditioning is weak, and our room can not leach internet at all.

The room was well-equipped and very clean. It featured a comfortable bed, central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasantly quiet.

Close tonthe train station

The location is terrible, it is dangerous during the night, even the local people tell us this area is "ugly"......not easy to find it for the first time. If u have to arrive late in the night, this hotel is not a good choice. Besides, it is a bit far from the city centre.

A bus stop was really close to the entrance. Choosing for lunch hotel ideal restaurant, which is situated 1000 feet away was a good idea. I loved the location❤

The hotel offers excellent value for money with its reasonable prices. The convenient location, just a few steps from the train station, makes it easy to explore the city. In addition, the staff provides basic amenities and the rooms come with air conditioning and a balcony, offering a comfortable stay. The fact that breakfast is included is a nice touch, even though there is no refilling.

All in all, this hotel left us with no complaints.

This is the Hotel where you don't want to stay.. or you stay because you have to. This is typical Train Station Hotel in an old building from 18-th century maybe.. with a renovation that again comes from the 18-th century. :) Breakfast almost non-existent, except some packs of butter and jams, and a strictly restricted quantity of Coffee (1 cup). :) Please, don't be lazy, and make your reservation in a hotel away from the Central/Train station area. Only then you get the best value for the price.

the location because it was near the railstation, the price, the street seemed to be quiet

the television wasn't free of charge, the showercabine was small, the breakfast was poor, that staff wasn't usefull concerning the practical informations

This hotel is a hidden gem in a bustling area. Its location, just steps away from the train station and metro line, makes it the perfect starting point for exploring the city of Naples. The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes out of their way to assist guests. The rooms, although in need of a refurbishment, are spacious and kept clean. I especially appreciated the air conditioning and balcony in my room, which provided a nice spot to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault it in any way.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value with a spacious, clean room at Hotel Luna Rossa. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the main train station and metro line, making it extremely convenient for exploring Naples. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and cared for.

Food for breakfast could have been better with more variety and options available. A wider selection would have been beneficial for guests with different dietary preferences and needs.
